B.    Collection of Student Feedback on Syllabi: July 28 (Mon), 10:00 AM – August 1 (Fri), 11:59 PM

C.    Course Wish List Registration: August 4 (Mon), 1:00 PM – August 6 (Wed), 12:00 PM

D.    Course Registration: August 11 (Mon), 10:00 AM – August 15 (Fri), 9:00 AM-Dates vary by year level (See Attachment 1)

E.    Registration for New/Transfer Students & Bachelor’s Degree Extension Students: August 21 (Thu), 10:00 AM – August 22 (Fri), 12:00 PM

F.    Course Adjustment Period: September 3 (Wed), 6:30 PM – September 4 (Thu), 12:00 PM-Start times vary by year level (See Attachment 1)

G.    General Course Adjustment: September 4 (Thu), 6:30 PM – September 5 (Fri), 12:00 PM
- During the general course adjustment period, year-level restrictions will be lifted for courses with limited quotas. Registration will be open to all KU and exchange students on a first-come, first-served basis, within the total capacity including reserved seats (5% for Korean-taught, 25% for English-taught courses)

H.    Course Withdrawal Period: September 22 (Mon), 10:00 AM – September 24 (Wed), 9:00 AM

 

※ Flexible Credit Registration System: Students can carry over or pre-use up to 3 credits within the academic year:

- [Advance Credit Use] 1st semester: during course adjustment period (early March)

- [Credit Carry-over] 2nd semester: from wish list registration period onward

A.    Semester Begins: September 1 (Mon), 2025

B.    Semester Ends: December 19 (Fri), 2025

C.    Midterm Exams: October 20 (Mon) – October 24 (Fri), 2025

D.    Final Exams: December 15 (Mon) – December 19 (Fri), 2025

 

3. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

A.    Students on a leave of absence can register for courses

-However, students must return for the 2025 Fall semester

-If a student applies for a leave for 2025 Fall, their course registration will be deleted

B.    Course classification is not required to be entered separately during course registration

C.    Courses currently being taken cannot be retaken in the same academic year 

(e.g., you cannot retake a course from Fall 2025 in the 2025 Winter session)

D.    Course withdrawals are final and cannot be reversed. Insufficient credits after withdrawal may affect graduation requirements, scholarships, academic honors, or credit overload eligibility.
